Maybe I"m biased cuz I'm going through some troubles. I'll touch upon both Cons and Pros, only because I feel they're related. So in cons you mention he has no job, no money, no college, and those things seem really important to you. It sounds since those are cons to you, YOU do have an education and you value someone who is ambitious and cares to grow in life. That is a big warning sign for me. I wouldn't tell him to change or that he MUST go to college, because it should be his decision.

Loving - I hope any guy who loves you is loving, so that's not a realistic pro (I'm being really critical to give you a clear picture, ok?) Nice friends - if you REALLY like a guy, most probly you'll like his friends! How does he have his own place/car if he doesn't have any money? Is he living on debt/stolen money/off parents money?

Intelligence - where does his intelligence comes from if he has no education? From high school? Doesn't do drugs is an automatic, just like loving, those things shouldn't make you stay or go...they're your right. Hope that helped.
