I'm pro Thomas. although he does have his drawbacks, he seems like the better choice. and yes he is one of your best friends but he IS also going to college soon so if the dating doesnt work out you wont have that long of a time with him anyway. Oliver sounds kinda like just a big flirt, who could be fun to do the whole friends-with-benefits thing with, but not a relationship. That's just my advice, but when it all comes down to it it's your choice on which guy you like more and is worth the risk.
