What would you choose between full service and basic one? What could make you refuse an all inclusive holiday? Is it a good option for you?

All inclusive holiday - luxury vacation
Pro: 
  • one time fee for an entire vacation; you don't have to worry about the accommodation, the trasnport, the breakfast, lunch or dinner, the schadule of the tourist attractions
  • this kind of offers usually imply good services, more money and a higher level of expectation
  • choosing a trip with all inclusive, you could lower the stress, especially if you are going on a foreigh country
  • you can count on tourist guides and specialized people to find out useful information regarding your destinations
  • if you are going on vacation with your family, the all inclusive it's a way to save money because you need more food, more water, juice and drinks in general and when that is included...
  • all inclusive represent the best way to feel on vacation; some hotels even offer you the assistance of a personal butler
Con: 
  • if you don't like the room or the food provided, you have to spend more money to change the room or eat outside
  • you expect good services and if that doesn't happen, you might fell frustrated and instead of enjoying you vacation, you become nervous and upset
  • sometimes all inclusive is not that incluse; hotels have their own definition of all inclusive, so you better check it out before paying for an all inclusive offer; some hotels include even the local drinks or the drinks in general, while others
  • if you want to taste the traditional food and specific type of cuisine, to explore the city whenever you want, all inclusive might not be a good option for you

ALL inclusive? How about ALL your style?

All inclusive vacationing is DEFINETLY less stressful and will save you some money. However, my standpoint is to build your own vacation. Detail by detail. After all, you are planning your VACATION- not planning your usual chores to be completed and if you are really looking forward to (and expecting) a great vacation, you should personally see to it hat every detail has been thought of... even if it means enduring some stress.

It should be created by you so it caters to you. No hotel or resort knows exactly what floats your boat. Also, all inclusive places mean you stay centralized to one location. Who would want to be marooned at the same place night after night? Get out there and find your own way... even if you end up in a raunchy hotel - its better than the same bread and butter night after night. And it will be quite the experience to remember. Who knows, you could find a great place that only the locals know of and treasure it forever.

Lastly, the object of a budget should be mentioned. But you already have money for a vacation saved don't you? If you can budget a vacation - you can certainly make it well worth your while. After all, how often do we get a chance to vacation?
