Birth control

Is this a good time for you to get pregnant? If the answer is yes, then thre is nothing to decide. but if you are doubts, then maybe you should read the pros and cons of the birth control methods.

Pro: 
  • you can choose when it's time to have a baby
  • you can solve any health problems before getting pregnant
  • you have time to quit smoking
  • the father can get used easier with the idea of making schedule for the baby
  • you feel more in control, over your life
  • you can save money for the new born's needs
  • the pregnancy won't take you by surprise
  • some birth control methods (condoms, cervical caps or diaphragms) can protect you from getting sexual transmitted diseases (STDs)
Con: 
  • it may seem that it's never a "right time" to have a baby
  • some methods involve risks and side effects (the pills, for example, can give you headaches, nausea, vomiting, weight changes or mood changes)
  • birth control methods involve a great responsibility (you have to take the pill every day, to take a condom with you always, just in case, to properly use every method)
  • it's not 100% sure and safe
  • the ethics and religions may come as an argument
  • birth control makes the miracle of getting life to a child seem smaller
