Boyfriend of 3 years - Stay or go?

I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years, and I feel we are both going in different directions and may no longer be compatible. What do you think?
Pro:
We love each other
He wants to spend his life life with me - get married have kids...
We get along well on a personal level / friendship level
He's funny
He's attractive
We've been together for a long time and have been through a lot
We are really close
He is a good, kind person
Con:
He makes $9 an hour at a pizza parlor
He has no motivation to go to school and get a career
He failed out of college 3 semesters while financial aid paid for it
He only has "childlike hopes for the future" yet puts no effort into reaching them
He has a child
His son's mother is a welfare queen and wants money from him everyday, even though he pays child support
His friends and family have no motivation - all on welfare
His guy friends are ghetto and womanizers, and all they care about is sex and partying
He has no license
He is broke all the time and lives from paycheck to paycheck
He is in a lot of debt
He never helps me pay for home repairs, when that was the plan when I bought the house in the first place for us to live in
We disagree about how to raise a chile
We disagree about lifestyle choices, politics, religion, manners, everything basically
I feel like I will always be supporting him and his son, and he doesn't have the motivation to get anywhere in life. I feel like we both want different lifestyles.
