Break up or stay together?

I love my boyfriend but lately we have not been connecting at all and I'm torn about what to do. I do want to stay with him, but I don't know if we can fix it or if we have both formed such separate lives that it's too late.
Pro:
1. He makes me laugh
2. We have the same sense of humor
3. We have similar morals/beliefs/thoughts on life
4. We have 5 years of history together
5. We have a ton of fun when we're together
6. He's ambitious
7. He's the best cuddler ever
8. He's adorable
9. He would be a good father someday
10. He's very goal oriented
11. He's a really nice guy, but not in a lame push over way.
Con:
1. He's working so much that he never seems to have time for me anymore
2. He usually chooses to be with his friends over me when he gets a day off
3. When I try to plan stuff for us to do, he's often too tired or doesn't want to
4. He is on his iPhone all. the. time.
5. I think if his car and I were both hanging off a cliff he'd be genuinely torn about which to save (but I do think he's pick me eventually...hopefully)
6. I'm young and sometimes feel I don't want to be in a serious relationship
7. Lately we've been like roommates who occasionally have sex rather than a couple
8. On that note, we hardly ever have sex anymore
9. I feel like I can't hang out with his friends because I know very little about cars and that's 95% of their conversation. They make fun of my car, which doesn't matter that much because cars don't matter to me, but it gets old fast.
10. We really don't have a ton in common. It used to be fun because he's teach me about cars and sports and I'd show him music and movies he didn't know about. Now neither of us really want to learn anymore about the other's hobbies.
11. He doesn't have great listening skills and I feel like I have to repeat myself a lot.
New pro con lists
I've been married for 11 year. We have 2 kids still at home. Our marriage is a sexless. There is no passion. We have sex about every 3 months. It's been like this for about 9 or 10 years.
My boyfriend or ex boyfriend now, broke things off with me about 3 weeks ago, because he got jealous of a male friend of mine.
I've been with my boyfriend for 4 years. We met about 9 months after my ex-husband left me for another girl and a year later ended up marring her.
I moved abot 3 months ago to Alaska from Ohio for a job. I have a house, dog, cat, car, family all back in Ohio. I LOVE my job. I've been doing well with it and that is the highlight of living here.
I ve been deciding what to purchurse because Ive herd different things about these devices and they all are good but which one should I purchurse
