Break up or stay together?

Should I stay with him or break up? i got back together with my bf after being broken up for a while because it seemed he was finally getting his life on track. he had quit drugs so he could pass a drug test at a job interview coming up. But since weve gotten back together he didnt get that job and has started smoking again. pros and cons of staying together.

Pro: 

He is really sweet to me
Lots of memories together
I love his family and would miss them
I would miss him a lot.
I would be lonely
my dog likes him
i love him.

Con: 

he is really racist and ignorant
he is pessimistic about everything
he is addicted to marijuana and wont quit. says he cant
addicted to cigarettes and wont quit. says he cant
we fight all the time.
he never wants to have sex
when we do its not good
he gets on my nerves really badly when we are together
i get on his nerves really badly too
he uses hand gestures and talks at me slowly when we argue like im dumb.
he wont get a better job. says he cant.
were both missing out on the right person.
he is really tacky and trashy in general.
when we fight he goes and tells everyone he knows every detail. even intimate details.
