Bring dates to our sister's wedding

I'm 17 years old, and my oldest sister is getting married. My other sister (who is 21 ) and I want to bring dates, but we want to present a pro and con list of why we should be allowed to have a date to our parents.
Any ideas?

This wedding is a family celebration and in case you haven't noticed, it is NOT about you or your 21 yr. old sister. You should be asking the bride and groom's permission to bring a date. Even if they are OK with it and your parents say "no" you need to abide by your parents' wishes. After all, they're probably paying for it, right? And who knows, you just might have a blast with cousins, aunts and friends of the couple. Besides, bringing a date (male friend) to a wedding has baggage attached to it that you might not be ready for...
