Continue school or start working at a pastry shop for little money.

I graduated a healthy cooking school and there was little baking of delicious pastries involved.
i'm undecided about moving to Paris and taking a few course and maybe working there and bushing up on my french or just start working at different places until I find a place I like their concept and not too hcteck or intense. I love what I do and i want to to enjoy waking up and going to work.

Pro: 

If I move to France

  • Have a better idea of what I really want to do
  • Learn more French
  • I will still be a student that mean small paycheck
  • Get on a schedule
  • Learn hands on from the best of the best( french)
  • Have an adventure while I can
  • Fun experience
  • Might meet the love of my life and stay in Paris! just kidding.
Con: 

If I stay in NY and work

  • Make little money
  • Be independent
  • Learn hands on
  • Long hours
  • Its not as fun and very cold winters.
  • Might have a better future opportunity
