Sounds like the cons list is something you need to talk to him more about. And if he's not willing to change, then yes, you have to accept him as is or leave him.

Those con problems sound really easy to fix if you just sit him down and have a conversation. No yelling. Don't yell at him about it, no one likes someone who screams what they want. Just calmly talk to him about what you want and what you feel.
