Do I even care anymore?

I have been with my bf for over a year. We're juniors in high school (I know, young) but we're very responsible and people always make us to be older than our real age. He went through something last year and was safely transferred out of the school, and lost communication with many of his friends (he was veryyyy popular at my school). I care about him, but not the same way. He's the only person I've been physically involved with in my life, but it doesn't help in my decision. I need to focus on me and having fun, but im scared he won't be stable emotionally to hear the truth. I need to figure out if the relationship is worth keeping. We've been together so long I don't know why we are together anymore. Pros and cons are mostly based on both of us and few individual things.
