Is this guy the one? Or should I keep looking

It's pretty basic. I've been with this guy for two and a half years. We are both young in our early 20s. We love each other, but I can't help but wonder if he is the one or if I am missing out on life. I feel confused considering I am so young. I would hate to leave him to find out that he was the one that got away.

Pro: 

We were best friends before we started dating.
We share a lot of the same interests.
We're both hard working.
We are loyal.
He cares about me very much.
He protects me.
He isn't afraid to tell me when I am wrong or about to make a bad decision.
He is comfortable and we can talk about anything.
He is comfortable with planning our future.
He wants me to be happy.
He is attractive in every way.
He's intelligent.
I believe he thinks I am the only one.

Con: 

He's very opinionated which leads to arguments.
We argue about silly things.
We have different beliefs.
He's a Republican and I am not, so we disagree on things.
Our disagreements cause a lot of stress upon me.
I don't think his family likes the fact that we have different beliefs.
I stress out easily which can cause arguments.
Sometimes it's hard for us to compromise.
Considering how young I am, I've shaped my current life around him and couldn't imagine what it would be like if we weren't together.
We don't get tired of being around each other.
