Is he worth it?

Seeing a guy casually for 4 months, deciding weather to continue on or let go.
Pro:
- makes me happy and smile
- like the same music
- always have a good time when were together
- very good looking
- good with words
- can be myself around him
-says that he likes me and wants to spend more time with me
-holds my hand in public
-good kisser
Con:
- doesn't have a car
-lives at home and he's 24
-hasn't finished university and doesn't plan on going back
-only has a part time job
-cheap
-asks to " borrow money" since he didn't have cash on him
-makes me split most meals
-talks to other girls still
-can't trust him sometimes
-takes forever for him to message me back
-scared to tell him my feelings
-says he doesn't like "labels" like single or in a relationship.
-doesn't call me pretty/beautiful really at all
-one day he's nice the other days he isn't as nice
-has a bad rep for keeping girls around

I agree with the "Run" response. You've had a good time with him, but it doesn't sound like this is someone to be with long-term. He doesn't have his life in order, and I'm not convinced he's bringing much to the relationship.
