To leave or not to leave

I have been with this guy for 3 years and he has been involved with my child as the only father figure she has known (not actual father) since she was about 9 months old. Unfortunately we are having financial troubles and relationship troubles. He refuses to move to another town so I can get a job which would probably help out our relationship since we wouldn't have as much stress. I would be able to get a bigger place and be in the same boat financially without him so I am thinking about moving out
Pro:
Be able to get a bigger place
Would not be any worse off an would possibly be better off
Less stress from fighting all the time
Sometimes he disgusts me
I dont really feel like we are meant to be together forever....(might just be I have commitment issues)
Be able to get a job
Be closer to my school
I think he might be trying to control me
Con:
He is the only father my daughter has ever known
He is usually (not always) nice
In 4 years he will be out of debt and will have good money
My longest relationship so far
It would devastate him (when his last relationship ended he tried to kill himself)
