Move home or find a roomie?
I need a little help from outsiders...let me know what you would do! I either move back home to Columbus and in with my cousin and her hubby or I stay here in Beavercreek and see what lies ahead...
Pro:
- moving home and into my cousin's house means I don't have rent to pay
- not having rent to pay helps me save money to someday get a place of my own
- my cousin is very supportive of my new lifestyle (eating better and exercising...I call it a lifestyle change and not a diet)
- I have a friend in Dayton that will let me stay with him when I need to for work so that I can stay at my current job and not have to find a new salon in Columbus
- I have a perspective roomie if I do stay here in Beavercreek
- Tasha (that's her name) is very funny and seems sweet
- so far I like my new job down here
- I work with people who are close to my age
- if I stay down here, I continue working out at the curves I started with
- if I transfer to a salon back home I can just transfer my curves membership to a curves up there
- i wouldn't have to pack
- if I own, I'd like to own close to family
Con:
- I don't really know anything about the perspective roomie...will she be able to pay rent? will we really get along?
- I don't want to live with someone and find I don't like them...and then dread going home at night
- driving back and forth will put a ton of miles on my car that I'm not sure are worth it
- if I drive back and forth, I'm affraid I won't find any time to work out...
- i might feel like a slight burden on my cousin and her hubby (I mean, they just got married and are working on having a baby)
- i will be closer to my brother...i don't like this...
- if I transfer to a salon up there, I will have to rebuild my clientele...
- I would miss my friends in d-town, but I would be staying with ben for the most part of the week anyways
- I might not feel like i have time to myself or to chill if i'm constantly driving back and forth
- cleaning sucks...and if it's my apartment, I have to clean it...not that I wouldn't clean my share at melissa and ryan's...but they would clean too...
- i hate packing and unpacking
- i feel like renting is starting to be a waste of my money...I'm ready to own
