A new member in the family: the pet

If you are reading this pros and cons, then you either feel lonly or you have a wife and a child begging for a cute little dog or a very beautiful cat. What's gonna be: will you accept the new member of your family?

Pro: 
  • there is always someone waiting you at home
  • a pet is a very special way to express your feelings
  • there is nothing more relaxing than playing with a lovely dog, caressing a cat or talking to a perrot
  • if you have kids, pets represent a good way to teach them about responsabilities by letting them take care of the animals or birds: to feed them, to give them to drink, to make time to play with them, instead of watching TV all day long
  • there is nothing more refreshing then spending time with a chereful dog or cat
Con: 
  • some persons can develop allergies because of the animals' fur or birds' feather
  • it's not advisable for persons who don't have time for taking care of the dog, cat or bird, persons with a busy schedule (you need to make time for your pet)
  • cats and dogs can damage furniture, shoes or cloths
  • you have to put a lot of energy and patience to learn cats and dogs to satisfy their necesities in a specific place
  • pets need special food and special attention (they will never tell you if they are suffering:) ), especially if your pet is a fish who needs the water changed and the constant temperature, a reptile or a guineea pig also ask for you to be informed about how to take good care of them
  • there is nothing efficient enought to get rid of the smell after your dog or cat have been wet your shoes
