Pro&Cons for Unions Today
Whether or not we still need unions today.
Pro:
The union helps workers and back eachother up with work related issues.
Unions provide safer work enviroments.
Unions help protect minorities.
Unions encourage teamwork and cooperation in the union.
Improve compensation.
Con:
Unions can be torn apart by not hiring union workers.
Higher labor costs.
Unions put non-union employees and union employees against eachother.

A union is really good for the workers. It helps them get a usfull pay and keeps them from being over worked, it protects them!
New pro con lists
So I am torn between living on campus next year or continuing to commute. my friends are getting an awesome on-campus apartment and I really want to live with them. However.
I have been with this guy for about 4 months and things were pretty good until he broke his leg. He became very hard to deal with and started being rude to myself and my children.
Stay or leave the relationship?
