Should I get back together with him?

I dated my first and only boyfriend for almost two years before breaking up with him because I wanted to experience other people (no one in particular) and my feelings of love for him faded easily. But in the past month, the question has come up about getting back together and I'm feeling conflicted. I'm worried that things won't work out again and I'm a little scared of committing to try something that has already failed once.
Pro:
1. He's my best friend.
2. He loves my family and my parents adore him.
3. We live in the same city when we're at college and home with our parents.
4. We don't go to the same school, so I still can make my own friends and have time to myself.
5. I find him really attractive, especially since he's been working out.
6. Great sex, but he could be a better kisser.
7. I can truly be myself around him, and vice versa.
8. He helps me open up more emotionally and talk about my feelings.
9. Sometimes when I see him now, I feel so incredibly happy right at that moment.
10. I like his friends and he likes most of mine (but even I can't stand some of them sometimes).
11. He's very giving in a relationship.
Con:
1. We didn't handle the transition to college well the first time.
2. I don't miss him if I go away for a week.
3. I'm not a huge fan of his parents, or his sister.
4. I was happy and stress-free when I was single for those two months.
5. When we were together, he talked about the future and marriage too much.
6. So now, I stress out about making a commitment to him.
7. He still wants to say I love you, when I don't, which makes me feel pressured to catch up to him.
8. I never felt any overwhelming surges of emotion when I was in love with him and my feelings for him faded after only a year and a half, so I'm doubting if I was, although that could just be the way I am.
9. He has several habits that annoy me: his driving, his tendency to talk too much without saying anything, he likes to say what I should be thinking if I'm having trouble voicing my thoughts, he occasional acts immature.
New pro con lists
So I am torn between living on campus next year or continuing to commute. my friends are getting an awesome on-campus apartment and I really want to live with them. However.
I have been with this guy for about 4 months and things were pretty good until he broke his leg. He became very hard to deal with and started being rude to myself and my children.
Stay or leave the relationship?
