Should I Let him come home ?

I have 4 kids to a man i love but over the last 13 years that i have known him the bad has out weighed the good he has cheated and has a possiable other child with someone else he is currently in jail serving a 30 month sentance and soon to coming home in the summer,but the issue is this... we had been seprated for a few months after i found out about the cheating i pushed him away and told him to leave me alone, during this time he started playing house with her a he was locked up two days after they moved in together.. but also during this time he would call me all hours of the day and night and tell me he loved me and always will, after he was locked i asked him to stop telling me this and a agreed but told me he wouldnt stop so.. one day after 6months of him in jail and them two being boyfriend & girlfriend he call me and to tell me that he would pray to god to take away the woman who was wrong for him and lucky ME.. she started cheating on him a few weeks after he was locked up.... so i was left i mean where else was i going to go i have 4 kids and i was a singel mom what the hell else am i do,so the issue i need the pro con list and help with... i dont feel that i was blessed to be here i feel like i was a second choice and that dosent stay well with me during the last yr ive been doing good i mean dont get me wrong i struggle but i have a home car and work full time and im doing good i just want him to under stand that i want him to add to our family and not take away..... but i dont know how to do that... HELP
