Should I switch positions ?
I have an opportunity to switch positions at my job but I am afraid to make a change ! It would be a move from working directly with people who have disabilities to training people who will be working directly with people who have disabilities.
Pro:
- Change from what I am doing
- Better office
- Doing something that highlights my strengths
- Job that will teach me transferable skills
- Really nice supervisor
- Will not be physically hurt by the individuals I work with
- Less stress
Con:
- A little less money
- Hurting the feelings of my current team and supervisor who I really like
