Have you decided to get pregnant or it just happened? Do you think it's not a good time or you have unsolved issues with the father of the baby?
Are you prepared to be a single mom?
Pro:
- you can have a baby even if you didn't find the right man to spend the rest of your life with
- at some point, women feel the need to become mothers, while men are scared even by the idea
- if you feel that a baby can make your life complete, then being a single mom can be an option
- singles moms are better than moms abused by dads, phisically or in any other way
- you are in full control over the education of your child
Con:
- being a single mom it's a very hard "job", especially in the early years of the baby when he/she needs attention and special care and the mom is more tired from one day to another
- at some point, you'll have to explain where the father is, who he is and other unconfortable questions
- money coming from a single source can represent a problem; if you want to quit your job, you'll have to think it twice.
