Starting Old Relationship

I'm trying to figure out if I should date an ex-boyfriend who I previously date for almost two years. The relationship ended badly when he decided it wasn't what he wanted.
Pro:
- He is fully committed
- He understands his mistakes from the first "try" and is willing to fix for them
- He seems to genuinely care
- He's a student and has high expectations for his education/career
- Funny
- Sensitive
- Has a nice family
- May never meet someone quite as willing/caring
Con:
- Long distance relationship
- He has a history of lying
- I have an undefinable doubt/reluctance
- I could/he could meet somebody else while at different universities
- Could end badly again
- I don't trust him (but could potentially change)
- He's acts a lot younger than he is sometimes

I've been married for 11 year. We have 2 kids still at home. Our marriage is a sexless. There is no passion. We have sex about every 3 months. It's been like this for about 9 or 10 years.
My boyfriend or ex boyfriend now, broke things off with me about 3 weeks ago, because he got jealous of a male friend of mine.
I've been with my boyfriend for 4 years. We met about 9 months after my ex-husband left me for another girl and a year later ended up marring her.
I moved abot 3 months ago to Alaska from Ohio for a job. I have a house, dog, cat, car, family all back in Ohio. I LOVE my job. I've been doing well with it and that is the highlight of living here.
I ve been deciding what to purchurse because Ive herd different things about these devices and they all are good but which one should I purchurse
