Pro:

Con:
- more decisions to take
- more stress (you have to pay the bills, to deal with partners, to resolve problems regarding administration, to pay salaries)
- you'll have to be bossy sometimes and take measures that are not too popular
- you need some money to get started
- you have to be prepared for the worst
- you will always have to have some backup solutions
- starting the business is a really challenging job, because it involves bureaucracy, paper work, contact with difficult clients...
