Stay at this job or go back to school?

I'm trying to decide whether to remain at my current job or to go back to school for a career change, which I have been considering for several years now.

Pro:

Job: decent salary, great benefits, great boss & coworkers, employer has a great employee retention rate (most employees retire from this employer after 15+ yrs), will open doors to pursue a charitable cause I'm interested in being a part of. It also avoids racki

School: This new career would be much more transportable and there are jobs in this industry in every area of the U.S. (I plan to move eventually), salary range is much higher than current job will ever make, allows much more flexibility than current job and is really interesting to me.

Con:

Job: I *like* it okay but don't LOVE it. It's not something I'm passionate about and never will be (passion for my job is important to me). Jobs of this nature are not that transportable so my desire to move to a different area would be limited.

School: FINANCES. I would have to commute 2 hrs each way or move to that town while I was in school and would increase my student loan debt. Demanding program would require I quit my current job and take a lower paying, part time job while still paying on my mortgage (housing market too poor to sell at this time).
