Too Good to Leave? Too Bad to Stay?

I have a boyfriend who is incredibly talented, original, funny guy who is always different and challenging. He's also loyal and honest, which I value greatly.

However, he's kinda got a bad character, quite a few flaws....

Is this relationship too good to leave or too bad to stay???

Pro: 

- Has a sense of humour
- Trustworthy
- Not controlling or jealous
- Independant
- Hardworking
- Supports my goals
- Gets along with my family
- Not cheap
- Talented
- Social
- Smart
- Can cook
- Enjoys shopping!

Con: 

- Fights when drinking (almost always! If I'm not physically there, it'll happen through text message)
- Steps backwards in our relationship (lived together for 1.5 yrs, now back into our own apartments)
- Sexually selfish
- Can't go out together (because of the fighting when drinking)
- Never talks about the future
- Difficult to talk to
- Doesn't/won't communicate his own wants & needs
- Jokes too much (everything is a joke... He can't even compliment me without making a joke about it)
- Not passionate
- Not romantic
- Doesn't like to makeout (which I love!)
- Doesn't like my friends (will tolerate them, but makes comments later on)
- Doesn't value family as much as I do
- Poor conflict resolution
- Temper
- Doesn't plan dates
- Doesn't say "I love you" very often (unless I've said it and he's saying it back)
- Doesn't initiate intimacy (cuddling, a bath or shower together, etc)
