which university should i choose?

i am to choose my university. first choice is near home, alternatives are university of applied science in another country

Pro: 

- possibility of my family paying for everything or almost
- the money i get working is mine for pleasure and not for necessities
- can travel more than otherwise
- i'll speak my native language (more confortable for studying)
- eating healthy
- living healthy
- stay with my cats
- lots of good quality clothes, fine looks without spending a penny
- my mum finally happy with me
- i'm not alone if i have a problem

Con: 

- not sure if my family is actually paying or just faking it (won't be the first time)
- i am depending on my families mood
- i will most likely travel more than i should
- everything i learned till now was in another language and i would have to change back to my native language
- maybe eating too much
- maybe not doing enough sport
- possibility of quarreling a lot with my mother, sure quarrel with my brother
- too much influence on my every day's decision
- my brother probably making my life like a eartly hell
- i won't know how to solve my problem by myself
- i will by continuosly influenced by my familiy and probably won't be able of growing up adult
