Second guy-

Smells amazing.

Gives me butterflies.
Doesn't do anything to make me mad.
Amazing.
Loves my best friend.
100% agrees on what i believe.
Doesn't make me do anything i don't want to.
enjoys country music.
LOVES my family.
Has a car.

Con: 

First guy-
Too Clingy.
Smokes weed.
Calls to much.
Wants to hang out to much.
Thinks hes in love with me.
Hates country music.
His cousin dated my brother.
Sometimes doesn't support my decisions.

Second guy-
Smokes weed.
Has to friends that are girls.
Ex girlfriend likes to "mugg" me.

The answers pretty obvious on this one just look at the length of your list of pros for second guy!! and for you cons there are so many more for the first guy. Also for the second guy "smokes weed" is a con for both of them so just rule it out, and having friends that are girls? Not such a bad thing. It makes it easier for you guys to hang out it groups if you want to and it gives him more of an insight into how he should act around you. Also SECOND GUYS PROS ROCK!!!! Every thing you put just sounds like you like him and are digging for every single pro you can think of (not so much for first guy) aka you know the answer already!!! Go for guy #2!!!!
